    Description

    Axial SCX24 High Torque Motor Kit - Motor, Motor Plate, Pinion & Battery Tray.
    Upgrade your SCX24 with Left Field Engineering's new high torque motor kit.
    The kit provides the perfect balance between low / moderate ground speed and ideal scale crawling torque.
    No more pumping the throttle to jump over obstacles.
    Kit directly bolts into stock SCX24's with no permanent modifications.
    Designed to run without gear cover
    Notes & Expectations:
    Expect the truck to run about 2/3 the top speed when the remote is set on H (high) which is approximately 14"/second.
    It has been brought to my attention that some customers are experiencing layer separation (cracking) on the long leg screw hole of the battery tray.  In an effort to maintain customer satisfaction I will be including an
    extra battery tray with each order
    .  The holes are drilled after 3D printing to produce a consistent product, please make sure the holes line up before inserting the screw and use caution not to over tighten.

    Due to minor
    inconstancies
    in the laser cutting of the motor plate and variation in the stock axial spur gear some minor fitting may be necessary to
    achieve
    proper gear mesh.  This may include additional filing of the motor plate.

    Aluminum motor plate & battery tray were designed & manufactured by (myself) Left Field Engineering in Monson, Massachusetts.
    Motor, Plug & Pinion were sourced internationally.
    Components are assembled, soldered, individually tested and packed by me personally.
