This sale is for a vintage Leblanc Paris grenadilla wood clarinet, a “Classic” model. I’m not certain when it was made but it seems to be the mid 70’s based on the serial number charts I have found. This one is SN#7245. This horn is in good shape, I had it checked out by our local band instrument shop and I was told it was in good condition, it has had some pads replaced previously but it plays well. Corks are good. The keywork needs some polishing / cleaning but is otherwise in good condition.
The tech did find one even hairline crack through the bell and another through the barrel that may not go all the way through, you can see it in the photos I took. The tech said those issues were not causing any problems at this time. The mouthpiece is a French made D. Bonade 7 1/2 and it seems to be in good condition. Comes with a newer hard case also in good condition. If you have any questions, just ask!
