VINTAGE RESO-TONE 3 CLARINET BY VITO - USA - w/ CASE

I know nothing about these things, but I will do my best.  This clarinet looks to be in excellent used condition.  It is missing a mouthpiece though.  The scratches in the finish which were impossible to picture, but all are superficial (light) and not serious.    All of the keys press and release with ease and do not stick.  As best I can tell the pads all look ok, but I am no pro.  The keys and levers all have tarnish.  It is SN# I268017212.  It comes with a Pro_tech lined rigid soft case that is in excellent still usable condition.  It also comes with a brush, a swab, some cleaning pull throughs, a battery metronome (which works but battery not included, and some reeds, none of which is pictured.  I do not know if it needs tuning as I have no idea how to play it, and the mouthpiece is missing.
