This is a great clarinet that is suitable for all players Intermediate/Advanced/Professional.
Having a larger bore, this clarinet is best suited for those playin Pops music or jazz.
This clarinet is 100% playable as-is!
Serial number indicates it was made in the early 60s(62-63).
There are no cracks in the wood, and it seems to have been serviced recently.
It isn't too common that you find one of these with an articulated C#/G#, which aids in fingering fast passages and/or difficult keys.
Personally, I don't care for the articulated mechanism which is why I'm selling it.
While the pads are older, most of them seem just fine and may be discolored. You may need to change a few of them, but the clarinet sounds great as-is.
All joints fit tightly, but you will want to have the bottom joint recorked. It still works fine, just looks ugly, just something to consider in the future.
Make sure you use enough cork grease for the middle joint. The articulated C#/G# mechanism can bend if you are too aggressive with it.
There are no leaks, and the clarinet plays easily from low E to the altissimo range.
