Vintage Signet Special Clarinet by Selmer USA 1959-60 for parts, not working

For your consideration is a vintage SIGNET SPECIAL wood clarinet made by SELMER USA. Serial number is 37776 which puts this one at about, pretty sure,1960 give or take. I am a woodwind technician and I bought this clarinet to do a refurb/overhaul but time won't allow it and my shop is getting full of projects. I need the space. The clarinet: it's all there and all keys move but it will require considerable work. Of course the pads all need to be replaced and there will be lots of adjustments; bent here and there. Structurally it's sound except there is a hairline crack in the original longer barrel and the lower tenon on the upper joint is a bit rough but usable (good pic for this one). The clarinet is being sold AS IS FOR PARTS, REPAIR, OR RESTORATION. Any questions don't hesitate to ask and I'll be very helpful.
