    Comes without  Tenor sax  mouthpiece
    . I recommend using a Tenor  sax Vandoren soft reed # 1  .
    The left hand works in the normal position. The thumb from the back and 3 fingers from the front close  the holes (except the little finger) Right hand works in a special way (it's not hard just need to see) See how the fingers work in the video for clarinet in E (the same for this clarinet in F )
